Description:	The project consisted of the construction of a purpose built 12 bedroom nursing facility with associates spaces, and the refurbishment of an existing building to form 24 new bedrooms.  In addition, in 2009, a further extension to the nursing facility has been completed providing an additional 5 bedrooms with a further 4 bedrooms refurbished.
